Sapore Foods Incorporated is the result of a business partnership between Tony and Rebecca Pisicoli, and John and Paula Carver. Their passion for distinctive food and wine inspired them to create Sapore; a full service restaurant, coffee and wine bar located in Chautauqua County in Westfield, New York.
The interior decor is rustic elegance; picturesque, warm, and inviting. The food is remarkable, drawing from the old-world traditions of Italy, Spain, Portugal and South America. Yet Sapore is more than just the food; it is a principled dedication to providing a memorable dining experience. art walls
Sapore’s walls highlight the visual arts with multi-media artwork from various local artists on display. Many of the pieces are available for sale; all are available to enjoy. We rotate pieces on a regular basis and welcome inquires from artists who wish us to display their work.
